Individual Eligibility and Player Selection

1. REG 1: Enrollment for YouCricketer Global Talent Search
   1. REG 1.1: To be a selected for YouCricketer (Country) 2018 Team The following must be fulfilled:
      1. a) Pay a non-refundable/non-transferable US$10.00 (equivalent to local currency) enrollment fees
      2. b) Appear in trials for selection on the chosen venue only
      3. c) Be above the age of 14 at the time of trials
      4. d) Be an amateur player who has not represented their country at any level and not played first class cricket.
      5. e) Have a valid passport or fulfills the criteria to obtain a valid passport
      6. f) Can provide a Medical Record
   2. REG 1.2: Applying for Enrollment Enrollment will be collated here online, and both players and parents representing their children under 18, need to accept the Terms and Conditions. Upload Digital Photograph with frontal view of your face on your profile Information Step 1 page that is compulsory to be automatically placed on your Youcricketer Identity Card, which need to be printed and presented to appear for trial. Once all requirements are completed, the registered player becomes eligible to appear for trials and selection.
   3. REG 1.3: Enrolled Players Contacts Players are responsible maintaining their profile information in their YouCricketer.com account. Video or social media links in the profile are optional. YouCricketer cannot be held responsible where they have failed to keep their profile details up to date.
   4. REG 1.4: Participation in Trial for Selection Once the player successfully enroll himself, completes the enrollment fees procedure, he receives a confirmation email which would contain his enrollment number, Youcricketer photo Card, date, time and venue for the trials. The player must appear in the Trials for YouCricketer 2018 Team selection. The player must be in proper white cricket shirt, pant and shoes. Spikes (shoes) are not allowed during trials. Fitness will indicate required physical fitness levels to consistently play the game across different conditions Attitude indicates a player’s thought process towards the game, their mental approach and the behavior with other participants. Players will need to contribute positively to the trial environment and culture. It will be the responsibility of the player to fully cooperate and attend these trials. Players willfully not abiding by the directives of YouCricketer shall be subject to disciplinary actions and disqualified from trials and selections. Any physical or verbal (direct or implied, written or via email, on a website or Internet chat groups) attack by a player(s) or against Selectors, Other Cricketers, Ground facilities such as toilets, chairs, benches, trash cans etc., Natural settings such as Trees/plant/pots landscape, Spectators, YouCricketer officers or staff, All the above offences shall result in disqualified from trials and selections.
2. REG 2: Finance & Governance
   1. REG 2.1: Entry Fees for Eligibility The enrollment fees must be paid before the last date mentioned during the online registration. Failure to pay would result in suspension of registration.
   2. REG 2.2: Withdrawal Should a player withdraw from the trial/competition due to any reason, they will not be eligible to receive a re-trial or enrollment fee refund.
3. REG 3: Payment & Debts
   1. REG 3.1: Payments Enrollment Fee should be made by the following methods prior to the last date
      1. a) Online Credit / Debit Card payment trough your Youcricketer.com account Pakistan:
      2. b) Cash deposit into ‘YouCricketer’ account into any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. Pakistan
      3. c) Online transfer into ‘YouCricketer’ account into Habib Bank Ltd., Pakistan India: Sri Lanka: Bangladesh:
   2. REG 3.2: Payment Advice Payments deposit slip / online transfer number must be entered into the player account on www.Youcricketer.com within 3 working days of the payment being made through the 'Global Talent Search Payment Verification' link on top right of Mydashboard>Status/Activity page. Youcricketer will not be responsible where the Payment Advice/Receipt number has not been uploaded and the funds cannot be allocated on their account.
4. REG 4: Identification
   1. REG 4.1: Players Identification To enable verification that the participants are those listed, individuals are required to provide 2 copies of YC photographic card provided during enrollment, should be color printed on A4 Size and present before trials.
   2. REG 4.2: Ineligible for Trials Individuals unable to provide YC identification shall not be allowed for any activity. Participants will be provided the YC ID printing facility at the venue with a charge of US$2.00
5. REG 5: Selection
   1. REG 5.1: Selection Process The following are the guidelines for the selection process. Selectors will leverage/modify/update these guidelines for selecting the teams to represent the YC (Country) 2018 Team.
      1. 1. Players will be analyzed and shortlisted based on Trials
      2. 2. Players will be further monitor for skills, fitness, attitude, commitment and discipline
   2. REG 5.2: Selection of YC (Country) 2018 Team The squad will be selected with regards to team balance, both in relation to the spread of batsmen and bowlers in the team – including the type of batsmen and bowlers in the team – as well as wicketkeeper/s. Also, the team will be selected based on the format 20 overs game.
6. REG 6: YouCricketer 1st World Series
   1. REG 6.1: Event A complete list of the 16 selected individuals selected under Youcricketer Talent Search will be part of the Youcricketer (Individual's Country) 2018 Team to participate in the Youcricketer World Series 2018 in Lauderhill, Florida, USA.
   2. REG 6.2: Regulations The Youcricketer 1st World Series for all selected players and combined, as Youcricketer (Country) 2018 Team shall be conducted according to the rules of the Youcricketer World Series 2018 and International Cricket Council or specific event guidelines.
   3. REG 6.3: Specific Regulations Specific Regulations for all selected players and combined as YouCricketer (Country) 2018 eam will be published on the YouCricketer website alongside the release of any information prior to the event.
   4. REG 6.4: Specific Regulations Contradict Where the sport specific regulations directly contradict those of the international governing body, the Youcricketer 1st World Series specific regulations will supersede those of the international governing body, unless specified otherwise.
7. REG 7: Youcricketer (Country) 2018 Team in Youcricketer World Series
   1. REG 7.1: Visa Process The selected team members shall be called for the filling of USA Visa Form and Pictures. Visa Application fees will be paid by tYoucricketer. YouCricketer will fulfill all the criteria to obtain the USA Visa fully supported by the administration of YouCricketer.
   2. REG 7.2: Visa Appointment YouCricketer will inform all selected team members 7 days prior, to meet at the USA Embassy/Consulate for the interview.
   3. REG 7.3: Visa Approval / Denial Participation in Youcricketer 1st World Series of all Teams is subject to visa issuance.
      1. 7.3.1 In case the US authorities refuse the visas for entire/majority team member, then the trip will be called off and the passports will be returned.
      2. 7.3.2 In case few selected members are refused then the standby players would be called and apply visa to complete the team. 7.3.3 Once all visas are issued, than the YC (Country) 2018 selected team would leave for Florida, USA to participate in YouCricketer 1st World Series
   4. REG 7.4: Travel Arrangement All the travel arrangements to participate in Youcricketer World Series 2018 in Florida, USA including return air ticket (economy class), travel insurance, transportation, boarding & lodging shall be paid by Youcricketer. Youcricketer will hold all the team members passports under their custody from the day of US visa issuance and shall be returned on the day of departure from USA. No team member will be allowed to stay over and must return with the team as per schedule.
   5. REG 7.5: Participation in Youcricketer 1st World Series
      1. 7.5.1 All selected members will be given right to play in at least 1 game of the Youcricketer 1st World Series
      2. 7.5.2 50% of the winning prize money (after tax deduction) shall be shared with all the selected team members touring with Youcricketer (Country) Team
8. REG 8: Dispute Should a dispute occur prior to or which could affect the continuation of the Trials or relating Youcricketer 2018 Cricket Team or the Youcricketer 1st World Series participation, a dispute shall be emailed to talentsearch@youcricketer.com, with supporting evidence, to the organizing committee of YouCricketer, of the dispute occurring, or becoming known. If the dispute is not raised within 24 hours time frame, then it will not be entertained. The Youcricketer shall solve the dispute within 15 days. Any member may lodge in electronically via email talentsearch@youcricketer.com, a protest or complaint for anything done in contravention of these Rules and Regulations.
9. REG 9: Drugs
   1. REG 9.1: Anti-Doping All players’ participants are subject to the Anti-Doping rules of their sport’s National Governing Body.
   2. REG 9.2: Ineligible Any player who is found serving an Anti-Doping Rule Violation will not be eligible to participate in any YouCricketer events.
10. REG 10: Term of Business Because of the importance, Youcricketer Global Talent Search information and representations supplied by Youcricketer to the enrolled member, the enrolled member agrees that Youcricketer shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, costs, expense or other consequence (together “losses”) arising from matters on which information material by Youcricketer Global Talent Search work is withheld or concealed or misrepresented to Youcricketer, except and only to the extent finally determined to have resulted from Youcricketer knowing disregard of matters of which Youcricketer have actual knowledge, bad faith or willful default. In no event shall YouCricketer and its partners or affiliates be liable for punitive loss, damage, cost or expense, including without limitation, lost profits, opportunity costs etc. whatsoever and howsoever caused, incurred, sustained, or arising even if it has been advised of their possible existence. As further consideration of YouCricketer to provide these services, the enrolled member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YouCricketer, its partners and employees against all third party actions, claims, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and expenses, whatsoever and howsoever caused, incurred, sustained or arising which YouCricketer, its partners and employees may suffer arising from or in connection with the provision of the services. By agreeing, the enrolled member do hereby bind himself and his immediate and distant family members and their Guests to the Terms of this Business clause.
11. REG 11: Release and Hold Harmless By agreeing these rules and regulations, the Releasing Individual/Parties do hereby release and forever discharge the Youcricketer, it's players, members, appointed officials, directors, advisers, selectors and it's affiliates, associated companies, agents, sponsors, playing field permit issuers (Any Government, Township, City or College / University / School / Academy / Association) and permit tees (individuals or Clubs holding the permit to the playing field) and employees if any of and from all obligation, liabilities, judgments, causes of action and all other claims and demand of any nature whatsoever for personal injuries or death, including personal property damage such as Vehicles, Cricket gears, etc. which may arise from the Releasing Individual/Parties while in any Youcricketer activity, whether such damages shall occur as a result of the Releasing Individual/Parties actions, errors or negligence, or the actions, errors or negligence of others. That by the execution of this Release and Hold Harmless clause, the Releasing Individual/Parties do hereby release and forever discharge the Youcricketer, it's players, members, appointed officials, directors, advisers, selectors and it's affiliates, associated companies, agents, sponsors, permit-tees (individuals or Clubs holding the permit to the playing field) and employees if any of and from all obligation, liabilities, judgments, causes of action and all other claims and demand of any nature whatsoever for personal injuries or death, including personal property damage such as Vehicles, Cricket gears, etc. and any kind of property damage at the playing field etc. by a spectator/spectators or Individual/Individuals or by the playing field permit issuers (Any Government, Township, City or College/University/School/Academy/Association) not related to Youcricketer who has not signed the Youcricketer Release and Hold Harmless agreement which arise from the Releasing Individual/Parties while in any Youcricketer activity as a result of the Releasing Individual/Parties actions, errors or negligence. The Releasing Individual/Parties shall at all times hereafter hold harmless the Released Individual/Parties from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees and other litigation expenses incident to any claims, suit's, actions or proceedings that the Released Individual Parties may hereafter suffer, incur or held responsible of any actions or activities conducted by the Releasing Individual/Parties during a Youcricketer activity or during a Cricket Trials or Matches or while traveling to and from the Youcricketer activity. By agreeing, the enrolled member do hereby bind himself and his immediate and distant family members and their Guests to the terms of this Release and Hold Harmless clause.
